Plot
Everyone calls her Bambola (“Doll”), but her name is Mina. Her mother owns a restaurant in Comacchio, habitually frequented by truck drivers. Bambola has a gay brother whom she loves but who does not have a good relationship with their mother. When their mother dies in a tragicomic circumstance, they decide to turn the restaurant into a pizzeria. The seed money to make the changes is given to them by Ugo, a banker in love with Bambola but who tragically dies. When Furio, an ex-convict, insinuates himself into Bambola’s life, they enter into a tumultuous sexual relationship.ù
