Plot
Maqroll, a restless and adventurous wanderer; Ilona Grabowska, a charming trilingual woman from Trieste; and Abdul Bashur together plan to buy a ship to continue plying their trades and their love triangle. Until the prostitute Larissa messes up the plans.

The tragic and melancholy music by Luis Bacalov, photography by Gianni Mammolotti that paints the port city slums of Havana in dark, gloomy colors that make it nearly unrecognizable and universal, and costumes designed by Alessandra Montagna and Martha Torres converge from the very beginning into a magnetically compelling story. Intense, beautiful, the three protagonists must deal with the difficulties posed by both Mutis and Cabrera, who do not give them a past upon which to build their character.
