Plot
Mario Bettini, surveyor, is a young man full of ideas, excited about life and full of desire to live it. He dreams of opening a nightclub with his friends. After all, who has not dreamed of starting one? As plans begin, he is offered and accepts a job in public administration, where all of his enthusiasm, ideas and plans are seen as a contagious disease that must be urgently treated. His tragicomic battle with bureaucracy has just begun……

First of all, a good script that does not use half measures to express anger, discomfort and the disillusionment of youth. Along with that a great director. (…) Finally a nice cast.
